I just bought a used Subaru crosstrek that the previous owners had lost the key fob to. I had gone in to purchase a new fob, friendly staff and very nice building. I spoke to the parts manager and was told I had to pay for it upfront and the labour costs when it was installed. This was on July 13th. It has now been almost a month with no call back from the parts manager. I was told the fob would arrive in about 7 to 10 days. The parts manager had called me to get the last 8 digits of my vin number a couple of days after I had already paid and left the dealership. I have called back multiple times and have left a message for the parts manager and still have not received a call back or any sort of update on when I can get my new fob. Very unimpressed with this service.
