The hotel itself is amazing but the rooms are sub par.

The hotel is big, with many ball/conference rooms. The double spiral staircase is gorgeous. The ceilinngs are amazing and very high with paint and designs. The hallways were huge. This hotel claims a lot of history and character with it.

The rooms unfortunately are very small and lacks quality. The toilet is a commercial bathroom toilet found in public restrooms.

There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom so the mirrors steam up and no way of removing foul odors.

The is only 1 might stand because there isn't room for second one. There is also no refrigerator.

The TV doesn't face any seated furniture. You will need to rotate the screen and the dresser on which it stands to see it.

The breakfast however was great. $18 per person however is a steep price tag, but you get quality food and amazing service. Our server was on top of it and the atmosphere was great. Staying in the hotel for breakfast on a cold day made the price worth it.

The parking garage is $30 overnight. You will need to request that they charge it to your room so you can use your room key and freely come and go as you please. They failed to accomplish this for us and was very inconvenient.

There is a lot right beside it the garage that is $12 overnight, but I cannot comment on it outside of that since we did not use it.

If you are looking for any more comfortable stay there are definitely better options in downtown Cleveland.
