(Family of 4) i travel often Decided to do things different this year for my birthday which was on Thanksgiving day. So me and my family came here First let me start off with how beautiful this place is grounds very well kept hotel clean staff very polite and helpful A+. There pools hot tubs and activities were amazing i was very pleased everyone staff as well did a great job wearing mask and wiping things off I am only giving it 4 stars because of a few kinks. Food at the trail ends is good just expensive, the hot tubs had too much chlorine in them, burning everyone eyes my room was a standard room with two queen beds the bathroom in these rooms are super small, in our bathroom. There were a few dead bugs in the ceiling area in shower (housekeeping has to cover all points ) i didn't complain to the management
because everyone who complains want a free night or discount. No not me. we also did the family style at the grill on Thanksgiving day (a la carte which was my birthday and the food was okay .was a little disappointed we ate got full and I wanted to take my dessert to go was told no its the holidays and my birthday bend the rules a little it won't hurt. But overall I would definitely come back because the good out weight the bad. Until nxt time
