I have been coming here for over 10 years 3 cars. Service had gone down when ownership changed about 4 years ago but 1 year ago I met Blake and she has been awesome she is my favorite Service rep. She takes care of me and consistently ensures I am satisfied and taken care of her attitude and customer service skills are impeccable I prefer to deal with only her when I come in. Yesterday after an oil change I had a problem immediately after leaving I called Blake and immediately wheels started turning Danny the service Technician took care of the situation expeditiously with a friendly caring attitude. I will be asking that Danny be my Service Tech from this point on. These two individuals are examples of awesome service providers and should be aknowledged by management as they have restored my faith since all the others left. Danny and Blake great job thank you .
