No auto valet service but other than that this is first class hotel. Seamless check-in by Susan. Standard size room but nicely furnished with upgraded linens and towels. Staff work hard to meet or exceed expectations. Exterior of property nicely landscaped. Do wish that hotel of this size had more than one restaurant. Should have family, mid-priced, and gourmet. Engaged and focused management ( especially Alan). Great choice when in Charlotte.
