well maintained apartment with all modern facilities & amenities.. Infrastructure is very good. The view is amazing from the top..

We were thinking at purchasing another home in Bangalore. I have purchased a 3BHK flat from MJR developers as of late. I have asked numerous individuals around Bangalore and found that MJR offers best quality analyzed too numerous other top manufacturers and they hand over the venture on time. The best part I adore is conveniences of both out/indoor what they give they are essentially world-class. It has everything that we were searching for, for example, swimming pool and significantly more.

Managed by the best hand but not surfaced as expected

Yet to compare other builders as to how they provide a finished flat. But still feel that MJR stands Ok to the expectations (not great) & need more experience designing/planning certain basic things in and around property like:
- Water drain systems across apartment
- Electrical finish (lots of issues with power supply planning)
- Construction quality can be further improved.
Buyers please check on these points.

They are energetic, accommodating, cordial, proficient developers with incredible quality homes. My entire involvement with MJR builders has been great. Much obliged to you all to provide our sought house at a decent and in a prime area at a moderate cost. Everyone welcomes the quality and development of the house and I feel truly pleased for picking them. Very grateful to the whole group of MJR developers.

Construction OK. In MJR pearl water have to be purchased.

Horrible experience., Fake promises, we have to fight for basic needs also.

Worst experience with this builder at Bangalore Whitefield. Project got delayed by more than three years and still many amenities pending. Cnstruction quality is poor and basement parking is getting flooded in two hours rain damaging cars. Also land ownership issues surfaced in the middle of construction. Purchasers should not go for under construction apartment by this builder otherwise they would be cheated at the maximum.

I have has the worst experience with this builder . Not at all recomendded . they do not deliver a quality work . please avoid the projects

MJR BUILDERS are excellent with thier quality... Iam blessed to own a flat at HERCULES... management people are professional, helpfull and cooperative..

Builder with multiple residential apartment complex like Platina , clique, etc.

Excellent facilities, pretty close to the upcoming Metro. This is the best set of apartments in Electronic City undoubtedly.

There is a beautiful Parks for the kids as well.
