I ll start with the Cons.

I ll start with the Cons.

The week that my party and I stayed at this place was definitely not the best.
- I understand that they just replaced the carpeting, but dang, no one vacuumed the entire week I was there.
- The Elevator was also down for a bit, but this was their sign...Not classy at all.
- There were dishes that someone left in the hallway that stayed there for about 3 days(probably longer, but I had checked out by then).
- The Spa does not open till 9am. Most people would have already started their day already. I guess it s partly my fault for not checking beforehand, but I thought It was safe to assume it d be open by 7am like the Wynn I stayed at in Vegas.
- The Front Desk Receptionist Lady, was absolutely not having it. No smile. Very judgmental attitude.



The Pros
- Close to my favorite Restaurant, The Ruby Slipper Cafe.
- Walking distance to Bourbon St
- The Fountain Lounge has exceptional customer service
- The Front Desk Managers were respectful and understanding.
- Beautiful Lobby
