Bought a Volkswagen R line Tiguan that was not as ...

Bought a Volkswagen R line Tiguan that was not as advertised which I discovered during trip abroad. Spoken to local VW and was advised that I was tricked by the dealer. Tried contacting them and still had no response. Poor customer service.
