Keifer and Channing did a great job installing the heat pump system. It worked great during the hot days of summer. They answered all my questions, were very professional, explained the operation of the system, and demonstrated the operation. I was not as happy with the electrical wiring in the attic to the power panel, the issue was resolved to my satisfaction. I have a smile on my face, and we are very happy with the installation.
