Probably one of the worst title companies I've ever dealt with. We were refinancing our house, and our mortgage company uses them for the title. I was in contact with Britanee Washington, and she did an unprofessional job when it came down to our closing. We were not informed about our fees, and I told her several times we needed to know a head of time because all mortgage companies require a certified check. I called and called and she kept telling me she wasn't sure and would get back to me once she spoke to her "closing team." She never did so the closer came to our house the next day, and I told him we did not have our fees as you guys never informed us. He gave me an attitude, and I told him it wasn't our fault b/c no one got back to me. I was disappointed with how Brittanee handled the situation because this is a serious process when it comes to buying or refinancing a home. The closer then called a rep., and he told me I should have my paperwork but NO ONE sent me my closing packet! We had to reschedule a new closer and luckily she was able to come later on at night. Her name was Selma and she was very nice & quick. At least the closing is done, and everything went smoothly but that was because our mortgage company is very good with us.
