Do not rely on their online reservation. I reserved gear weeks ahead and confirmed the day before just to find out that their computer system doens't keep track of who picks up and drops off, so a guy who reserved his after me, was given priority to keep for 2 days even though I had reserved mine prior. SUPER DISAPPOINTED! Ruined the birthday plans I had made for my daughter! Horrible customer service and no compensation was made for future rentals or discounts!!!
