I have been waiting for a refund for over a month. The second order is "hanging", but the money has been taken. Third package with a return lost, I sent three things and only "got two". Some constant struggle with them instead of enjoying the purchased items. I do not recommend!

Pandora does not refund money for orders returned by customers since May! By law, they should do this within 14 days of receiving the package. Sometimes these are really considerable amounts. Many people are injured, but the company does nothing about it. The hotline thinks there is no problem, they don't want to help with anything. Pandora thinks he is above the law. For me it is a sign that the company is in poor condition and is treating customers like rubbish. Shame.

Unfortunately something bad is happening with the company and customer service !!! From May I am waiting for a refund for 4 orders. Pandora does not respond to emails, and during a telephone conversation the consultants answer evasively, no one is able to help. But this is usually thief. It's been 15 business days and the money on your account is gone. And I'm waiting for over 1600 PLN. Do something about it, because you will lose all loyal customers and nobody will buy anything here !!!
Recent months have shown that the company is a cheater. Orders made in the online store are one defeat. The goods come damaged. For the returned goods the company has not returned the money for 2 months. The case begins to be noisy and the number of victims arrives. The company does not respond to complaints and e-mail. It responds equally to all customers' queries on the site. Money is returned and of course still silence and no returns in the accounts. I don't write about the quality of new collections because it's a matter of taste but for me it is a simple kitsch for huge money. I definitely do not recommend but rather warn , you can lose a lot of money by buying in this company. An online store in Poland has spoiled the opinions of the entire brand and this can not be forgotten.
The company's policy has changed a lot! Adverse changes that hit the customer. I was a fan for many years ... unfortunately I won't buy anything from them anymore! And obscuring the wrong use of jewelry is very poor! You used to guarantee quality .... now only sales.
Pandora sent me damaged and old things, then I returned this "scrap" and withdrew from the contract - I have been waiting for a refund for a month. Pandora cheats - it doesn't send orders at all, sends damaged items, sends wrong sizes (eg you want size 18 and you get size 19 in bag signed 18). Order history has been deleted for all members - is this deliberate to make it difficult to recover money because we don't have order numbers etc ??? Sample photos for my opinion - these are the charms I received, gold and silver - no zircon, scratched, tarnished. Something is wrong, I warn everyone - DO NOT BUY ANYTHING ONLINE !!!!!
The company does not give away money for returned products (which sends damaged old cracked goods for months), does not send paid orders to people, does not respond for months to emails, posts on FB and MS, contact via helpline is a failure - rebellion knows nothing, lies playing delay . They receive superstition requests to pay and report to the police. Arrogance, lies and usually robbing customers

I am still waiting for a refund for the sent order. No one answers e-mails and the helpline cannot be reached. Negative comments on fb are successfully removed. These were definitely the last purchases I made in a Pandora store.
I COMBINE everyone before buying in PANDORA showrooms! I have been their client for many years, once again I bought a bead and gave my jewelry as every year for cleaning. I got information that the newly purchased bead is a FAKE?!?!? And that the problem is on my side - the case is still pending, despite letters, e-mails and phone calls on my part - the company's zero reaction !!!!!!!!!!!!! He shall refer the matter to the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection. I do not know how such a company can afford such a situation and to solve it in such a way .... Maybe during shopping, take a picture of the product and the person who sells it, as you can see monitoring and receipt as proof of purchase at PANDORA is not enough ....

The company running the Polish online store is dishonest, hundreds of customers have been in arrears with refunds for returned goods for many weeks, they do not process orders, they extort money. The staff avoids contact or certifies untruth. The case is reported to the police because the time and scale of the phenomenon indicate deliberate action and regular fraud. I will never buy anything in Pandora in my life. They've been emailing them for weeks, but they don't answer them. I am begging you to recover my own money for returned products. I never got any response. It is NOT worth leaving cash in a company with clients somewhere. Once PANDORA was prestige and style, and today I am ashamed to wear it

I do not recommend. Pandora doesn't give away money. The case went to UKOiK and tomorrow goes to the police for suspected fraud. Nobody knows anything on the hotline, on Facebook they cut themselves off from the situation and repeat one formula like a mantra.
I do not recommend. I received chipped charms, with spots. I sent it back and did not receive a refund. In mid-June I did another shopping hoping that the beads would be ok. But I haven't received my order until today. No one replies to emails. Opinions on Fb are deleted and those on the e-store website are not passed by moderators because beware: they do not meet the guidelines. Calling the helpline is how to win 6 in lottery and lose your ticket, nothing comes of it. Pandora, I won't buy anything from you anymore.
A very long period of the contract. Paid on Monday morning and delivery on Tuesday next week! which is 7 business days! Mega long, failure. I usually order and have it delivered after 3-4 days. I bought a gift in Pandora for a gift - not delivered on time, so it makes no sense, I will never order there again.
I recommend it the most. Shopping and contact in stores at the highest level. Most of the comments posted by profiles with only one or few opinions - probably frustrated Gra yna, who thought that they would get the goods for free.
The worst customer service I've ever had. The company should be ashamed of the Polish online store and the people they employed there. Unfortunately, in this case the price does not reflect the quality of service or products.
