This place is a must-see in SF. Hidden away in a tiny alley in China-town, this marvelous place serves up a favorite Chinese treat. Always hand-shaped to perfection.

I can't imagine doing what they do all day long but stop by and watch them work their magic - bring a camera and make sure to leave a dollar or two and pickup a large bag of flat (unfolded) cookies. The best.
