My doctor's office sent me to the ED because it eased the only place I could get a treatment he thought I'd need. About 11 hours in, no word. They took blood, urine, a CT scan. Can't drink water. People are in hallways, the had no room in the waiting room and filthy restrooms. There has to be a better way. Maybe if the nurses were in charge things would run better
