I had a mixed experience with Ingram Micro New Zealand Ltd. While their website is comprehensive and easy to navigate, I found their customer support to be lacking. It took a long time to get a response and when I finally did, the representative was not very helpful. This is disappointing, as I had high expectations based on their reputation. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
