The front desk at my building named Vincent is a super nice guy. He had people yelling at him, disrespecting him, even threatening him, but he never lost his cool. He always remained calm and do everything he possibly can to diffuse the situation. There isn t that many concierge like him around. PLEASE hire more people like him, he makes me happy to come back home everyday!!!
