It's a bed if you have an overnight layover, so better than nothing. The windows leak, and when your climate control doesn't work in your room, as was my case, it will become frigid with nothing you can do to stop it. Employees are abrupt. No need for good customer service whenever they get such consistent, heavy booking volume.
