The hospitality at the Hilton was okay. The bell service and valet were very helpful. The rooms where clean, but nothing special at all. The doors were jammed and you had to slam the door with your hip to open. The showers water pressure was awful. All rooms have a side view of the ocean unless you are one of the few to get a full ocean view. We booked our stay a few months in advance and requested adjoining rooms which they weren't able to accommodate for us, but were at least able to put us in side by side rooms. Of all the rooms you think they would be able to work it out so two rooms could be adjoined. The resort is on the beach and does have a great tiki bar which also serves food and has live music in the evening. The food and drinks were good. The beach was nice and of course you had to pay for the chairs and umbrellas which is worth it, but when you pay the resort fee you think it might be included. The service overall wasn't what we would expect considering all of the additional resort fees that are not included in the room charge.
The overall experience was okay. The hospitality was lacking in the front desk and other areas, but the valet, live music by the tiki bar and the tiki bar itself was redeeming.
