Raj Tulam and Brian Zent were very pleasant and professional. They were transparent about their process and worked to ensure that my expectations were met. There were some minor hiccups (including a significant delay), but in the end Raj and Brian were very communicative and accessible. They're both great guys and were a pleasure to meet.

Jim Waterwash worked with us as well, and he was a very friendly a personable fellow.

All around, a good experience.
