Very nice place in front of the river, to walk, sit and drink mates looking at the landscape or reflect. Maybe when I went it was not very crowded but I was surprised by the silence and peace that was felt around the monument.
I recommend it to go relax in the middle of the green and the river and disconnect a bit from the city despite how close it is.
