This is such a great zoo! It's nicely laid out, and the animals are of course wonderful. I miss the elephants. Unfortunately, it's really difficult to catch sight of the lion and the tiger. The otters put on a good show for us.

Love the update to the eating area, and the volunteers who talk about the animals are just super. The historic carousel is well worth checking out.

A zoo is for people of all ages, not just for kids. They have a schedule of events that's wonderful for everyone.
