Visited grandmother to see her in her room crying from poor treatment. She was left in her urine and feces all night bc no one came and helped her to the restroom after she had pushed the assistance button. She was not discovered until 7am when the morning team came in and she was on the floor due to trying to make it to the restroom herself. I strongly urge you not to send you re love one here, still a decision much regret. I hate that she had to endure that. For over $2,000 a month she deserves better. Not to mention food was terrible.
