I found the owner to be rude!! I called Citron to see about making reservations for brunch because last year my boyfriend brought me here for brunch/breakfast. I ve been here at least two other times prior for dinner. So when my best girlfriend came to town, I thought about Citron. I called and got Mr. Levine the owner. I asked about making a reservation for brunch. He said we open at 4pm and we don t serve breakfast brunch. I said oh ok so you don t serve it anymore and I told him about when I came there last year for brunch. I don t know if that triggered something because he didn t answer the question. Instead he mumbled something about having a big party that he needed to get back to and hung up the phone. I was shocked and thinking what did I say wrong!! I was simply asking a general question many would ask because I even remember what I ordered there and I was trying to make reservations for a party of 9!! It was no need to be rude and literally tell me basically because you have a large party of people there then that s more important. You don t treat potential customers that way! For that, I will never return to this establishment. I ve heard negative things before and now I see because the way he answered the phone was extremely rude for an owner!!
