SCAM! Shavitz took advantage of my 82 year old fat...

SCAM! Shavitz took advantage of my 82 year old father. They added a $185.00 future maintenance agreement into his service call. He was presented with an i-pad and asked to sign with his finger. No hard copy of the document was presented. When confronted on the issue both Bronson and Diana Shavitz (grandchildren of the founder) supported the "salesmanship" of their field tech. I would not recommend using this company.
