Rich arrived within the time frame promised to address an unusual noise that was coming from my furnace. Through no fault of his the noise didn t occur whilst he was here but he checked everything just to make sure every possibility was covered. He was informative, helpful and extremely patient. This is the type of service that is synonymous with Shavitz s maintenance team. I m a creature of habit and have had Sean from the maintenance team service the systems for years. I m so pleased to know that I can add Rich s name to my list for any future issues. As always the help desk is always happy to try and fit in my preferred member of the maintenance team and now that will definitely include Rich. Great customer service again!
