Purchased a 2016 Golf Comfortline TSI. My interactions with the sales rep, Robert Vagacs, were all positive. Robert was thoughtful, considerate, and thorough. We exchanged emails before and after the actual purchase. VW Waterloo was sure I was satisfied with the vehicle, gladly letting me bring it back in for their detailers to clean up some interior stains and exterior scratches I missed on initial inspection.
