We were "passing through" Denver a couple of weeks...

We were "passing through" Denver a couple of weeks ago and saw a car here that fit our needs. My experience with Austin who sold us the car was great. In/out within about an hour. But what happened afterward is why I'm writing this review.

When we got back to Kansas City we found that one of the wheels on the car was bent on the inside were we didn't see it on the lot. They could have said "Sorry, we sold it As Is." But after explaining the situation to management, they agreed to send me a check to cover the cost to replace the wheel.

They didn't have to do this. The fact the did made me happy that I did business with them. Those who take care of their customers earn the respect of those who still care about such things. If you are in the market for a car, you should give these folks a look.
