Must have a 5 digit entry number, Q12345 which is ...

Must have a 5 digit entry number, Q12345 which is also a Pick Up number or PO. Number.
Must show CDL when leaving to get bills, they copy info into a computer base.
They had no idea what a TWIC was and would not accept it as an ID.
The CDL is part of there protocol I was told....all though...they handed me the seal and told me to seal trailer...no supervision..and bills had no trailer number on it. Some security protocol, how did they know I even put seal on trailer !
