I went to the town hall for an update of the parking permit. I would not have gone if the site had announced that you can send the scanned documents even if you do not know the authorization number and year of issue and you can put some random numbers eg 1/2000.
The second problem is that they divided the sector into 2 zones (ok) but it is not clear who the zone is in. It is a list with zone 1 and if you don't find yourself on it you are in zone 2. Maybe it would have been useful to display a map the sector and explain the areas. Visually it would be helpful.
The third problem is the classic rush to the door. And it can be solved by the mayor's office by delimiting some colors like at the airport. And then of course the citizens to respect the existing markings with a distance of 1.5 m.
