This review is about the customer contact center. This innovation in making appointments is a straight drama. The knowledge is not present what happens in a hospital. There have everything used to be looked familiar and then repeatedly disconnected. And if you think "they have my data in front of them, they will call you back" ..... no, you have to call back and of course get someone else on the phone.
In addition, if you are on a waiting list at a department that the customer contact center cannot schedule an appointment for you, they cannot enter the system ..... checkmate !!
