My bin never collected today even that i pay. Ill be frowing my rubbish outside of my house near the field!!! Tired of this bin mafia! Ill collect the rubbish and then will burn it. I will frow my brown bin out to attract rats and mice! I hope Fingal County Council will get involved to fight Panda's organised crime!!!
