I have been trying to check into this hotel since ...

I have been trying to check into this hotel since 3pm via the app and since 6:45pm at the counter. They are saying their systems are down and don't know when this will be fixed and I was sitting in their restaurant eating my dinner that got cold for waiting to get checked into my room and the waiters both stopped and said I couldn't do that. I agreed and said that I would much rather be in my room but I am not. Instead I am standing around with absolutely no clue of when they will resolve this and I asked for a manager twice and they said oh stand by we can't get him right now. This is completely unprofessional. I book with this hotel every other week for work and am a diamond member and have a reservation that I booked a few weeks ago.
Not able to use digital key or app or anything. The lobby girls are telling everyone to wait that there isn't anything they can do.
