Had a refinance processed with service link and they paid the wrong tax amount on my property. I have been trying for three weeks to get it corrected I have spoken to Bonnie who assured me the matter would be resolved in a few days and that never occurred. I was transferred to her supervisor, John Rice who has not been able to assist me at all or return any calls. Week three with zero results.
