Traveling cross country, heading to Florida, the vehicle I was driving, encountered electrical/drivability issues. I called Ford's roadside assistance, which proved to be not very helpful. Stranded for 4 days in Colorado, roadside assistance couldn't provide a dealership or repair facility that would work on the vehicle within a reasonable timeframe, (an additional week before it would be diagnosed). With this information, I drove back to Utah and scheduled an appointment with Cody H. at Ed Kenley Ford's service department. The vehicle was diagnosed and repaired with a day, by the shop foreman, Joe L.

I have purchased vehicles from Ed Kenley Ford since 1985. They have continually provided top notch service, throughout the years.
