I was very impressed with the customer focused app...

I was very impressed with the customer focused approach, continued timely responses, and expertise in evaluation. Their processes are transparent and they kept me up to date on what was happening and what I could expect as next steps. The staff who assisted me to move things out of my car were delightful! They were very helpful and engaging and unpacked my items with great care. Meg was particularly professional and responsive. All-in-all, I am very impressed with this company and look forward to working with them in the near future.
