First, they are dog friendly, which is nice unless you have a barking dog in the room above that barked for hours! When we called, the desk personal would state that Embassy suites is a pet friendly hotel. Not so people friendly though. Stayed 3 nights , they provided coffee in the room, but I had to ask for cups and coffee as well twice. The other thing I found disturbing was that adults would come down to breakfast with their PJ'S on!!. You're not at home people!
