Absolute nightmare booking. I would pay double just to talk to a competent, courteous person. I have NEVER stayed anywhere where they cared less about trying to book a reservation or confirm an arrival. Call them, I guarantee you will either get someone's voicemail (with no call backs) or someone trying to pass you off to someone else. Stayed there once last year, Ok hotel, But I didn't book it. It will probably be the last time I book with Hilton if they are all this difficult.
