Do not book this hotel. Poor service and cheat customer deposit. Book for 4 night but my customer she can't enter to Hong Kong due to Immigration issue. Call them for cancel or refunds, but rejected. We understand some hoter need to charge one night or 50%, but this hotel charge 100% and refusse to refund to my customer. Small room and old hotel. Poor service and bad experiance for my trips.

Please do not book this hotel. Poor service and cheating customers. We booked 4 nights but my client didn't let her enter Hong Kong because of customs. They were asked to cancel or refund, but were rejected. We understand that some charge a night or 50%, but this hotel charges 100% and refuses to refund it to my customers. Ordering through Ctrip is not negotiable. The hotel is very old and the rooms are super small. Poor service attitude.
