You would expect better from the Derek Hotel than this.
First night, it looks like my bed was made by a 6 year old. I pointed it to the attention at the front desk and received no feedback from anybody at management the following day. Second day after housekeeping went trough my room , the bed was made correctly but I found so random long black hair stuck in the tub wall and one on the sink and none of the glass they provided in the room were changed. ( they should use disposable anyway)
What s going on here?
I reported it to the front desk again and got the response: oh, yeah , I remember you. You are the one with the bed. I already reposted it to the housekeeping manager and can t do nothing else
No apologies, no problem fixing ability.
I felt it almost was my fault. I Never seen a front desk person with this kind of attitude.
Well, I have another 3 nights scheduled here for a business meetings and definitely do not expect much better.
Location is good though but
It s very sad they can t deliver on basic cleanliness and basic courtesy at the front desk.
