Their workers are rude, rude rude! We had an appointment and arrived on time. They attended to us in a timely manner then the wait begins. I understand the wait. But the workers there are so rude and have no manners. They are impatient and look down and talk down to the very people they are serving.

The volunteers that man the desks from outreach programs were very approachable and offered helpful information.
