I recently had my first visit with Carolinas Home Medical Equipement. I met with Serge Mukha. Serge was very professional, punctual, and helpful. I've been a cpap user for about 14 years and have learned a lot. However, in the short time I spent with Serge, he taught me a few things that have been very helpful. He set me up with a new machine as well as supplies. I was also happy with Deena Kilgo that helped me get the paperwork in order. Deena was very helpful and ensured I had her contact information in case I needed additional assistance in the future. I look forward to a long term relationship for my sleep therapy needs.
