Hai was so helpful and amazing to deal with, he went above and beyond to help us :-D Nick really looked after us as well to make us feel important as a customer we did not feel rushed and made us feel if there was any problem we could call him. Stacey in insurance was so pleasant and very helpful again feeling not rushed. The whole experience felt like we where all family with all their kindness we highly recommend to all our friends to go to Essendon Mazda.
