I go to Cappo's 4x per year? (sit down) Get pizza to go 3-4x per year? It's all good. There's one waitress who is a doll but I digress. Tonight I ordered bread sticks for my 12-yo daughter and her friends and the alfredo pizza for me. Spinach, roasted red pepper, ricotta, topping cheese. It was really really good. The dough was near perfect. The melted cheese on top was perfectly melted and brown on top. The ricotta, spinach, red peppers were really good. I gave them 5 stars tonight. They deserved it.
