To everyone who is complaining about the system, wait times, and not receiving any benefits: make sure to vote NO on lowering state income tax. THAT'S WHERE UNEMPLOYMENT FUNDS COME FROM! No taxes = no assistance. Please don't forget that. People who live in countries with a higher tax rate get better roads, schools, free child care, free health care and assistance when things go sideways, AND they don't have to wait for 3 months to file claims due in 2 weeks.
