Let me start by saying the staff is a joke; We asked for ice three times from three different people for a bottle of champaign we brought to drink in our room, even after that, the ice never showed up. It took me standing at the front desk at 11:30 pm for 20 minutes to make sure that we finally had a bucket of ice brought to the front desk, then I walked back with the staff to the room to ensure it was finally delivered which ruined the after dinner drinks since there is no air conditioning in the rooms. On top of that, the hot tub, which we also requested to be turned "opened up" so we could use it was not done, and was finally opened for us to use around midnight. Furthermore, there were zero apologies by any of the staff. The only time I was told "Sorry about that" was the next morning when I signed for the absurd amount of money I spent at the bar and restaurants. Nothing was offered, and it was clear the staff could not care less if they tried. In addition the tub in the room is very small, barely enough for one person. That by itself wouldn't be a huge issue if there were showers, but they only have a tub. Finally the water is salt water so even when you are in the bath you can never really get a 'clean' feeling. I would not recommend this for the $800 I spent for one night, two drinks and a small breakfast.
