Far too many good experiences to narrow it down to just one. However, there is one thing particularly great that I feel stands out with regards to Shwal & Platt. When the average person speaks with an attorney they spend a great deal of time simply trying to understand the terminology in which they are speaking. Therefore, the comprehension of what is being said is rather bleak. When it comes to these attorneys not only do they take the time to explain what they are saying in layman's terms, they will go beyond and give you an example of the reference in such a calming manner that you will feel immediate ease and relief and have an understanding that you will actually be able to retain. To me, that is by far most important in an attorney/client relationship. I prefer to walk away from a legal situation feeling more confident and secure than confused and misled.
