Brought my vehicle in to have a small leak checked. Rod T. was quick to greet me with a smile and hello. He had Jeff come up right away to take a look at it. They seemed to understand the issue immediately. Rod got parts ordered and called me as soon as they came in. I happened to be in town for other business and Rod was able to get it scheduled that day to fit my schedule. Rod arranged a ride with the courtesy van and had it there waiting for me when I dropped off my truck. The driver was very friendly and accommodating to drop me off right away and available to pick me up when needed. Overall a great experience at Rydell. Rod and Jeff took great care of my needs and my vehicle. If your looking for great service it probably doesn t get any better.
