My Ford F-150 has been rubbing in the front. I ve brought my truck in twice for it and was told they couldn t find an issue.

I came back in when it got to the point of embarrassment which was Friday 1/18/19. They had my vehicle all day. Finally get it back at 7pm that night and nothing had been done to it. No communication to me and I had to call to ask when my truck would be done. They said by 6:30pm. I show up and nothing had been done.

Brian took over the situation for me. He has been great. He told me what was going on, told me to bring it back Monday for it to be fixed and got me a loaner. They had my truck for 2 and half days. I pick the truck back up and the issue is still there not even 5 min from the dealership. I have to now bring it back in. This takes a lot of time and effort when working a full time job especially having to bring the truck in multiple times without a success of fixing this issue at hand.

The only positive is Brian will be the advisor i work with at the service center. If not for Brian it would be a 1 Star. He has been great and communicates well. I even called the Manager of the service center, left a voicemail and never got a call back. Hopefully the fourth time is the charm....
