I've been satisfied with their service and any issues I've had were resolved expediently. I did have an item go on back order for a long, long time so it would've been nice to get a notification to give me periodic updates. It was back ordered for 2 month. But since it was just a diffusion sock for a 65" umbrella I was able to improvise with some rip nylon that I use to scrim windows when I shoot.
