I bought a brand new 2017 F-150, after the first car wash I notice water is leaking on the door on the back of the driver side. I brought it back to the dealership 3 times and on the first two appointment they told me not to bring to a car wash because the pressure of the water is to strong. When it rain one time I look where its coming from and I found that the rubber on the door was tear. I brought it to the dealership again and they still insist not to bring the truck to the car wash and this time I told them to try changing the rubber and that solve the first problem.

After couple of months, I heard noise and transmission is slipping and I take it to the dealership again and they ask me if it's happening all the time? I told them that not all the time and they advice me to come back once the noise and slipping of the transmission gets worst.

They always say email Ruth Aguilar but until now she hasn't replied to my email yet.

I learned that CARFAX report is not only for used car, even your buying brand new car or truck you need to ask for CARFAX report. I purchased it as suppose to be brand new on August 31, 2017 but you can see according to the CARFAX report it is first sold May 31, 2017.
